• Will the lace pattern wear out with time?

  NO.

  The pattern is (more profound or shallow) relief.

  It's basically carved into the metal by salt and electric current.

  So, just by wearing it normally, the pattern will stay unchanged with time.

  
   

• Will Aluminium leave black trace on my skin?

  NO.

  Aluminium does not turn black with time. That's why it won't leave any kind of black trace on your skin. With time and if not used Aluminium might turn whiteish...more like - lose its shine. All you need to do is take a piece of cloth and shine it.

  If you do use the jewellery very often it will just get shinier.

• How to take care of aluminum?

  It is best to clean the aluminum with acetone or any nail polish remover.

  If it loses its shine just use any soft cotton cloth to polish it.

• When will my order be shipped?

  In 1-3 days if it's ready to go,

  In 3-5 days if it needs to be crafted,

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  For the free standard shipping within Croatia, your package should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. For Europe, it will take between 3 and 7 business days. For the rest of the world, it will take between 7 and 21 business days. Please note that we have no control over unexpected delays at your country's customs or post office.

  If your order was not a pre-order, then there is a chance your package is delayed by your country's customs or local post office. In this case please contact me so we can find a solution.

• "I need my order ASAP, which shipping option should I choose?"

  If you have time limitations, contact me to upgrade your shipping choice.

• Where is my order shipped from?

  All orders are shipped from Zagreb, Croatia.

• What if I don't like it when it arrives or change my mind?

  I'm are sorry that you are unhappy with your jewelry, your opinion matters greatly to me and I'll appreciate your feedback, I would love to compensate you in any way I can.

   

  You have 14 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request a refund. Contact me via email at more.sunray@gmail.com with your order number and return request.

  Please include your original invoice and mail your return within 14 days of receipt to the address below.

  I'm not liable for any returns lost in the mail, please insure your package and save your tracking information.

  Your return will be processed within 3-7 days of receiving it and you will be notified that the return is complete.

  All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging, they came in.
